Annotation
List shows a bride followed by servants leaving the house into which she was born and moving to the house into which she is marrying. The servants are carrying lanterns decorated with the two families’ crests. Reading from the left, the items decorated with the crests include the following: The patterns used for decorations are from left to right: "Chopsticks laid across bowls" (two bars enclosed in a circle), kenkatabami (ken swords and katabami flower - Oxalis corniculata), baiju (plum blossom), and kikyo (Japanese bellflower, Planticodon Grandiflorum).
