Annotation
Compass combined with flat ruler furnished with finder system of two needles (aiming circle ?). On the wide part of the ruler is a limb 0-240 (of the South) with numbering every 5 points. In the center of the limb is a rotating compass box. At the bottom of the compass is 4-point marking with four cardinal ponts in Latin. Arrow is missing.
