Annotation
Mobile glass cylinder is fixed in wooden bench on horizontal axle. The cylinder is driven manualy by belt transmission with biphase driving pulley. From one side a leather pillow, mounted on isolating glass support, is pressed to the cylinder, from the other - brass cylinder with brush for electrostatic discharge. Conductor of the machine is brass ball on high glass stem fixed in wooden base.
